Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience executing internal audits, preferably within a third-line Internal Audit function.
• Experience with risk-based audit plans beyond SOX or first/second-line activities.
• Proficiency in data analytics and SQL for audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete operational audit programs, including control build and operating efficiency testing.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and business risks, then convert risks into actionable audit issues and recommendations.
• Draft audit documentation and findings, and support preparation of concise audit reports.
• Facilitate issue tracking, validation of remediation, and timely closure of audit findings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and value to the organization.
