• Experience in Financial Services/Asset Servicing/Fund Administration desirable but not essential.
• Experience of working with teams in multiple locations as part of an outsourced arrangement desirable but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Assist the team on the provision of daily and periodic regulatory reporting solutions.
• Engage with clients, internal departments, regulators and Relationship Management on queries related to reporting solutions or adhoc information requests.
• Assist Business Analysts with building solutions to fulfil new reporting obligations.
• Assist with responding to queries on Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Participate in cross-training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
• Promote proactive relationships with team partners based in Manila providing support.
• Assist with developing operational efficiencies and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
