U.S. Bank is seeking a Regulatory Governance Analyst to maintain regulatory registers and MRMs while supporting governance across the Chief Administration Office. You will work with stakeholders, ensure compliance, and contribute to change initiatives in a hybrid setting.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and adapting to evolving rules such as Fitness & Probity and SMCR within a financial services environment in Ireland.

Competenze

• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as Fitness & Probity, SMCR, ESMA/EBA guidelines.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured analysis for governance.
• Experience producing management information, reports or decision-support materials is advantageous.

• Maintain live regulatory registers and Management Responsibility Maps (MRMs) for compliance across local and European jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on people-related regulatory requirements and their impact on operations.
