Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in charter and management plan development.
• Direct, manage, monitor, and control the project; review scope with stakeholders.
• Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
• Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart; analyze critical path.
• Define sub-project budgets and monitor costs.
• Develop risk management and procurement plans.
• Assign resources and define roles; provide performance feedback.
• Develop stakeholder and communications management plans.
• Build strong relationships across departments and manage quality systems.
