Job summary

Fifty5Blue in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a QC Analyst to join our Operations team on a permanent, hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office. You will evaluate panel data, confirm live status, coordinate with field teams, and drive data quality using dashboards.

The role requires Excel expertise (V-Lookups, Pivot), experience with Access and Python scripts, and ability to work independently while communicating clearly. Some night or rota hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency with V-Lookups and Pivot tables.
• Desirable: Access databases and Python scripting.
• Experience in statistical data analyses for QA/QC.
• Ability to work alone and manage workload with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data from panel homes and decide on potential faults.
• Review data from new homes and decide if they become live on panel.
• Liaise with Panel Service and Field Technician teams to address data issues.
• Provide guidance to field engineers on data quality problems.
• Use dashboards to investigate issues impacting data quality.
• Investigate unusual viewing trends in daily results.
• Monitor performance and accuracy of Fifty5Blue team installations and data entry.
• Ensure procedures follow the agreed specification.
• Undertake QC activities within timeframes to meet SLAs.
