Johnson & Johnson in Cork is seeking a Process Scientist to support the Therapeutics Development & Supply API team. The role covers process development, technical transfer, process validation, manufacturing investigations, and life cycle management in a hybrid Cork setting.

Reporting to the Manager, Therapeutics Development & Supply API, you will lead or support development activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with BLA submissions and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in regulated biologics or pharma industry.
• Biological process development or manufacturing experience (cell culture and/or purification).

Responsabilités

• Support early and late phase Technical Transfer activities through protocols/reports, lab studies, and manufacturing operations.
• Support development activities through protocols/reports, lab studies and Lean Early Development initiatives.
• Assist in process fit to plant decisions during development to guide development and manufacturing teams.
• Provide GMP operations expertise and input on facility design, scale-up considerations.
• Collaborate on cross-functional project teams and review inputs for regulatory submissions.
