Job summary

Morgan McKinley in South Co. Dublin is seeking a Payroll Specialist Professional for a 12 Month FTC. You will join the HR/payroll team to process payroll for multiple Irish entities and support pension payroll and data migration projects.

The role requires 2–6 years IRL payroll experience, strong Excel and payroll software skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a flexible hybrid role with two days onsite after training.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years IRL payroll processing experience required.
• Exposure to system migration or similar implementation projects.
• In-house payroll experience is advantageous.
• IPASS qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with TMS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume end-to-end payrolls for 6-7 IRL entities monthly.
• Process pension payroll and system migration projects.
• Act as point of contact for payroll queries and manage inbox.
• Prepare management information for business leaders using HR systems.
• Support HR Business Partners and provide payroll guidance.
