Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks an Operations Manager for Alternative Regulatory Reporting in Dublin. This role delivers European regulatory reporting services to AIFM clients and supports the expansion of Broadridge's alternative funds offerings.

The role reports to the manager of the European Regulatory Services team, with a hybrid work arrangement. Key responsibilities include managing client deliverables, leading discussions on methodologies, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the funds industry with exposure to alternative funds regulatory reporting.
• Experience in managing staff and liaising across business teams is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to support effective business operations through metrics and reports.
• Detailed understanding of European investment manager regulatory reporting regulations.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client deliverables for alternative regulatory reporting are achieved.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the product suite.
• Lead client calls/workshops to discuss reporting methodologies and changes.
• Produce weekly/monthly project status reports and executive dashboards.
• Track KPIs, maintain reporting calendars, and ensure on-time delivery.
