Job summary

Nourish is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to support campaigns, content creation, customer engagement, and marketing communications. The role is hybrid with two days in the Santry office, one travel day nationwide, and two remote days.

Salary ranges €32,000–€35,000 per year, negotiable based on experience. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and stores to develop engaging content, support brand initiatives, and help drive sales across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and content creation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to engage customers across channels
• Team collaboration across stores and departments

Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing and media strategies to build brand awareness.
• Support PR activities, influencer marketing and event management.
• Work with Nourish stores to support local marketing activities.
• Visit stores to create content showcasing products and experiences.
• Support delivery of annual marketing plan and calendar.
• Assist with coordinating campaigns across digital, print and in-store channels.
• Create and publish content across social media, email and website platforms.
• Help develop graphics, copy, videos and promotional materials.
