KPMG Ireland is seeking an Infrastructure Advisory Economist at Manager level to work on major infrastructure investments and government policy decisions. The role is based in Dublin, Cork or Belfast with a hybrid working model, reporting to the Infrastructure Advisory team.

You will apply economic concepts across transport, energy, utilities, and broader infrastructure projects, developing bespoke analyses, building Excel models, and delivering high-quality client advisory.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or Public Policy with strong quantitative elements.
• 7 years experience in economic analysis roles (govt/consulting/in-house).
• Experience in Transport, Energy, Utilities or infrastructure sectors.

Responsabilités

• Develop bespoke economic analyses to inform investments and policy decisions.
• Build Excel-based models and apply analytical methodologies.
• Draft and present reports in PowerPoint and Word for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Contribute to thought leadership, client proposals and market insights.
• Maintain high-quality standards and comply with KPMG risk procedures.
