Job summary

Arthur Cox LLP is seeking an Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Engineer on a daily rate contractor basis to support, maintain, and enhance the firm's IT infrastructure, including on‑prem and cloud components.

The role involves collaboration across cloud, security, service desk and applications, focusing on Azure, M365, security controls, and ITIL processes, while coordinating with third parties for reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or technical operations roles.
• Certifications desirable: M365 Admin, Azure admin, ITIL Foundation, security certs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support on‑prem and cloud infrastructure (Azure, servers, storage, network).
• Collaborate with cloud, security, service desk and applications teams to deliver stable, secure infrastructure services.
• Support cloud migration, Azure adoption, and landing zone standards.
