SMBC Group is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer in Tralee, Ireland, to join our IAM Engineering team. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance, SSO, and automation, collaborating with application, infrastructure and security teams to secure access.

You will develop PowerShell automation, assist onboarding with entitlements, and troubleshoot IAM incidents across our hybrid environment in a global financial services setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cyber Security, Engineering or related.
• 3+ years' IAM, information security or cloud engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and identity technologies.
• Experience with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
• RBAC, access governance and lifecycle management understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration and improvement of Entra ID and Identity Governance.
• Configure SSO integrations and access packages.
• Assist onboarding including entitlement management and security groups.
• Develop PowerShell automation to reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and access issues.
• Maintain documentation and technical procedures.
• Ensure IAM services meet security and compliance requirements.
