Job summary

EXL in Dublin, Republic of Ireland (flexible hybrid) is seeking a Full Stack Developer to translate business and UX requirements into secure, scalable production-grade solutions. You will design end-to-end features across backend, frontend and integrations, collaborating with the Technical Architect and Product Owner to guide junior developers and ensure quality delivery.

The role requires 4–7 years in enterprise app development, strong .NET/Entity Framework and/or Python, plus Angular;

Qualifications

• Solid experience (4-7 years) in enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on skills in .NET / Entity Framework and/or Python, plus a modern frontend framework (Angular).
• Experience with form.io or similar schema-driven dynamic form frameworks (JSON-based forms, conditional logic, reusable components) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and UX requirements into secure, scalable, production-grade solutions for the EXL Premium Audit platform.
• Design and implement end-to-end features (backend, frontend, integrations).
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect and Product Owner; provide day-to-day technical guidance to junior developers; ensure high-quality delivery.
