EXL is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Dublin with 4–7 years of enterprise experience. You will design and implement end-to-end features across backend and frontend using .NET/EF and Python with Angular.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of enterprise application development experience.
• Strong hands-on in .NET/Entity Framework and/or Python, plus a modern frontend framework (Angular).
• Experience with form.io or similar schema-driven dynamic form frameworks (JSON-based forms, conditional logic).

Responsibilities

• Translate business and UX requirements into technical designs and implementation tasks.
• Design and build secure, scalable backend services and APIs using .NET/EF and/or Python, including data access and integrations.
• Integrate with AI services and components (LLMs, document analysis) via APIs/SDKs.
• Ensure code quality through tests, reviews, and secure coding practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with QA Automation and Performance teams.
