Job summary

EM3, a market-leading energy management solutions provider, is seeking a Financial Controller in Limerick with hybrid work (2 days in office). You will lead the finance function, shape financial strategy, and ensure robust governance across international operations.

Reporting to the Director, Ireland, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management, partnering with senior leadership to enable sustainable growth and impeccable financial control.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified professional accountant with IFRS knowledge.
• Experience in financial control, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls across activities.
• Partner with leaders to drive cost management and strategic planning.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
