Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tourism, digital, communications or project management.
• Knowledge of digital and emerging technologies such as Gen-AI.
• Experience in report generation and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research for tourism digital technology adoption.
• Monitor digital trends and share insights.
• Support the delivery of digital transformation programmes.
• Administer program elements and manage claims payments.
• Liaise with stakeholders for effective programme delivery.
• Prepare project reports for monitoring and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure procurement compliance.
