Hybrid DevSecOps Engineer: CI/CD, Kubernetes & Security

Vantage Resources is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for a 12-month contract in Ireland. This hybrid role covers building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications, integrating SAST/DAST and vulnerability analysis, and promoting DevSecOps culture with product and engineering teams.

You will implement and monitor DORA metrics, drive continuous tooling and process improvements, and guide architecture as teams migrate to microservices on Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in DevSecOps or DevOps Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven Kubernetes and containerisation experience, ideally including OpenShift.
• Experience integrating security tooling into software development and delivery pipelines.
• Experience with Git, ArgoCD, and/or Azure DevOps Services.
• Knowledge of security tools such as SonarQube, Clair, ZAProxy, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman, and/or Skopeo.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, product, and Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications and projects.
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, and automated vulnerability analysis.
• Work with product and engineering teams to promote DevOps/DevSecOps culture and best practices.
• Provide guidance on DevSecOps standards, processes, and engineering practices.
• Implement and monitor DORA metrics across the engineering delivery process.
• Drive continuous improvement across DevSecOps tooling, security coverage, and engineering processes.
• Design and operationally manage CI/CD pipelines across Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Support product teams migrating existing applications towards microservice-oriented architectures.
