Job summary

Xtremepush is a Dublin-based provider of an Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform. The company seeks a Data Consultant who will bridge technical delivery and data expertise, enabling complex use cases and building computations, dashboards, and models for our data products.

The role involves working with onboarding, client solutions and delivery teams, supporting clients technically, and becoming a go-to expert on Xtremepush's intelligence stack, including Clickhouse and Metabase.

Qualifications

• Expertise in SQL with hands-on data modeling experience.
• Experience building BI dashboards (Metabase or similar) and analyzing customer data.
• Proven experience in a data or technical delivery role within a SaaS platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; comfortable running discovery sessions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of client briefs from a technical perspective, implementing complex use cases.
• Ensure data prerequisites are in place and enabled before technical delivery.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and document requirements.
• Provide advanced technical support during onboarding and for existing clients.
• Develop custom computations and dashboards; extend standard data offering with bespoke outputs.
• Build and maintain data models on Clickhouse-based intelligence database.
• Collaborate with onboarding, client solutions, delivery and product teams.
