Job summary

Yuno Energy is seeking a target-driven Credit Controller to join our credit control team in Sandyford, Dublin 18. The role focuses on ensuring timely payments by monitoring balances, running dunning cycles, and collaborating with account managers to clear barriers to payment.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in credit control or customer service, with strong negotiation, numerical, and invoicing skills. Energy/telecoms experience is a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service/credit control environment.
• Experience in energy/telecoms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers about overdue bills.
• Ensuring customer queries are dealt with promptly to expedite payment.
• Negotiation, setup, and monitoring of repayment plans.
• Liaising with billing and other departments to resolve payment barriers.
• Working with third-party collections agencies and handling exceptions on final overdue accounts.
