The ideal candidate will have a portfolio combining concept, usability, and storytelling. This leadership role requires collaboration with Strategy, Editors, and US teams to drive business results, with a hybrid setup in

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of design and/or creative experience, with a focus on leading high-performing creative teams.
• Strong problem solving skills and communication: excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Ability to develop strategically-based conceptual ideas and execute them for innovative digital/multimedia solutions.
• Understanding of motion graphics, 3D, web design, email and UI conventions, brand identity and print/advertising design.
• Impressive portfolio across multiple platforms and ability to balance deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Be fully accountable for the creative output of the Ireland-based team.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Editors, and US-based Creative Directors to conceptualize and refine assets.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
• Take feedback to grow as a creative leader.
• Embrace continuous improvement and apply learnings to ongoing work.
• Be a Prudential Brand Ambassador and share accountability for KPI-driven results.
