Global Payment Holding Company in Dublin is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our growing in-house team, supporting UK & Ireland markets and cross‑functional stakeholders across commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on product and regulatory issues, manage risk, and contribute to corporate governance. This role offers a hybrid Dublin setup with collaboration across a global fintech payments business.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years' PQE in a relevant jurisdiction.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (customer, supplier, partner, technology, intra-group).
• Provide practical legal support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day queries and high-risk matters.
• Support with product, regulatory, operational and strategic projects and legal research.
