Job summary

RDJ LLP in Cork or Galway is seeking an associate to join the Corporate and Commercial Team. The role involves advising on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least three years' post-qualification experience, strong academics, and the ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships.

• 3+ years of general corporate M&A experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm.
• Qualified solicitor with strong academic credentials.
