Job summary

RDJ, a leading Irish corporate law firm, invites applications for an associate to join the Corporate and Commercial Team based in Cork or Galway. The role offers hybrid working and a permanent, full-time arrangement.

We seek applicants with at least three years of corporate M&A experience and strong credentials to service a diverse client base. Acting for Irish and international clients, you will handle mergers, acquisitions, governance, and joint ventures while collaborating with tax,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of general corporate M&A experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to handle corporate/transactions across a broad range of matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and other corporate transactions.
• Providing corporate governance and restructuring guidance to Irish and international clients.
• Collaborating with other units to deliver coordinated legal advice (tax, employment, property, regulatory).
• Managing multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
