Barden | B Corp is partnering with a leading organisation in Ireland's energy sector to appoint a commercial lawyer for a major strategic infrastructure project aimed at Ireland's long-term energy security. The role is based in Dublin or Cork with a hybrid pattern requiring two days in the office.

The successful candidate will handle a broad mix of commercial contracts, procurement support, regulatory and governance work, and coordination with external advisers, aiming to deliver value across

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2-4 years' PQE.
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong commercial judgement and ability to work across a varied workload.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and project documentation.
Supporting procurement activity, including major construction-related procurement.
Advising on regulatory, compliance, planning and governance matters.
Supporting the project team on contractual and commercial issues.
Managing and coordinating external legal advisers where appropriate.
Supporting dispute-related matters as they arise.
Working with engineering, finance, regulatory, commercial and project management teams.
