Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Clinical Supply Operations Specialist to support investigational product supply, inventory planning and cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid work model.

You will manage supply across multiple therapeutic areas and contribute to regulatory documentation. You will oversee lot creation, reconciliation, returns, destruction, depot stocking and temperature control, while supporting eTMF, QA/QP release, and IRT management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field with internship or prior industry work experience and 2+ years in Clinical Supplies or related biopharma.
• Knowledge of clinical drug development process, trial methodology and cross-functional clinical development operations.
• Familiarity with ICH, GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines and directives.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigational product supply and inventory planning for clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Coordinate accountability, reconciliation, returns and destruction activities and maintain clinical supply records.
• Oversee lot creation, batch status updates, inventory maintenance and shipment execution.
• Monitor supply risks, depot stocking levels, inventory trends and temperature excursions.
• Support eTMF, Expected Document List creation and regulatory document management.
• Coordinate QA/QP release activities, pack-and-label reconciliation and inspection readiness.
• Support ancillary supply planning, procurement, inventory management and shipping logistics.
• Represent the team on cross-functional projects.
