Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director to lead the Global Patient Safety Sciences Delivery team in Dublin. The role focuses on standardizing signal detection activities, developing core templates, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all products.

You will coach and grow a high-performing Safety Scientists group and collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory and Biostats teams to deliver timely safety assessments and PSURs, ARM, and other essential documents.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare required.
• 12+ years of PV experience, with focus on Safety Sciences and General Medicine preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Safety Sciences Delivery team, including Safety Scientists.
• Drive standardization of signal detection activities and templates across products and therapeutic areas.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and establish SOPs with monitoring tools.
• Lead signal detection coordination and management across General Medicine (SMT, SSP, SER).
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Med Affairs, Biostats & Data Management.
• Build and scale a high-performing team and implement talent development initiatives.
