PrepayPower in Ireland is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to join our Billing department. You will ensure accurate billing, review usage data and tariffs, and support timely invoices for commercial customers.

Collaborate with customer service, sales and finance to resolve issues, perform data analysis, and generate regular reports for KPIs and audits. This hybrid role is based in Sandyford with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate field is required.
• 2–3 years in billing operations or analyst role.
• Experience with energy pricing is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end billing for commercial customers.
• Review usage data and tariffs to generate invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
