Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, AI Product Manager to lead the development, launch and ongoing improvement of AI-powered products. You will work with Line Function Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate vision into a practical roadmap and lifecycle management.

The role requires 5+ years in life sciences product management, strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making. English fluency is essential. Hybrid work in London with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in life science sector and product management experience.
• Experience bringing products from concept to market.
• Strong stakeholder management and value realization capabilities.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support management of one or more products.
• Coordinate development, launch and improvement of AI-powered products with business owners and cross-functional teams.
• Translate product vision, strategy and roadmap to align with user needs and objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle including MVP, scaling and data-driven refinements.
• Track product budget and resources to maximize ROI and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DDIT and external parties for delivery and maintenance.
