CarTrawler in Dublin is seeking an AI Engineer (Salesforce & Contact Centre Operations) on a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, Agentforce capability, AI-powered customer experiences and the integrations that connect them to the wider business. You’ll combine hands-on Salesforce engineering with practical AI, integration and automation.

You’ll design solutions that are secure, scalable and measurable, while helping us decide where to use Salesforce

Qualifications

5+ years building on Salesforce platform
Strong experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Channel
Experience connecting Salesforce with external systems via APIs

Responsabilités

Build and evolve Salesforce platform across Service Cloud using Apex, SOQL, Flow and LWC
Design and own integrations with internal systems and contact-centre technologies
Develop AI agents and agent‑assist experiences and intelligent automation
Configure and support Service Cloud and Omni‑Channel with routing, queues, skills and presence across digital channels
Establish testing, monitoring and release practices for AI and automation
Translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce/automation solutions and guide technical direction
