Sandvik in Dublin is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on processing high volumes of supplier invoices, resolving PO and coding queries, and supporting month-end close. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in AP and holds a finance or business degree.

Formación

• 2-3 years accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or a relevant discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring of the AP Mailboxes on a daily basis (queries from internal & external stakeholders).
• Review, validate and process a high volume of supplier invoices in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve issues with supplier invoices (PO queries, approvals, etc.).
• Liaise with the accounting team for accurate coding details on non-product invoices.
• Support vendor payments and send requests for credit notes.
• Prepare vendor account reconciliations and resolve differences.
• Assist in maintaining AP vendor master data.
