Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd in Ireland seeks an experienced Account Executive to join our North West region on a hybrid basis. You will work with an Account Director on Commercial accounts and develop an established Commercial book of business.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Commercial Lines, you will build relationships with customers and insurers, manage renewals, mid-year changes, and claims handling, and ensure processes are followed.

Competenze

• Minimum CIP qualification or equivalent insurance qualification.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Good relationship-building with clients and insurers.

Mansioni

• Handle client insurance requirements including renewals, mid-year alterations and claims handling in line with protocols.
• Provide account support to Account Director on clients.
• Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters.
• Manage aged debt and premium collection.
• Collaborate with team to meet monthly and yearly targets.
