Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support on-site. The role focuses on maintaining plant and equipment under service contracts, diagnosing problems, and driving efficient service delivery to maximize productivity.

The position requires field-based experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with various teams to improve customer experience and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service or field-based technician role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate technicians to deliver customer experiences.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic software and MS Office Suite.
• Right to Work status confirmed for country of application.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on projects and site visits.
• Attend customer sites for Planned Preventative Maintenance, breakdowns, warranty work, hiring and commissioning workloads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted contact.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Sales and Operations to share customer insights.
• Utilise software and tools to diagnose and repair units and generate reports on work orders.
