Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a skilled professional for Commercial Gas Boiler Maintenance Servicing and Repairs in Ireland. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment, including hot and cold water systems and pressurisation units.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, FGAS certification, a full clean driving licence, and strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the relevant craft.
• FGAS Certification.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.
• Aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience.
• Good team player with initiative.
• Excellent written and oral communication; computer skills essential.
• Compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• On-Call work in hours and out of hours.
• Safe Pass & MEWP Licence.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Gas Boiler Maintenance Servicing & Repairs.
• Install, maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets.
• Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works.
• Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required.
• Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means.
• Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs.
• Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests.
• Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies.
