Job summary

Vision Built Ltd, a Sisk Company, invites applications for a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to lead HSE activities on Ireland projects. You will provide practical support to project teams, ensure compliance with standards and legislation, and contribute to the safe delivery of our modulus and panelised building solutions.

We seek a professional with 4+ years in construction, a Level 7/8 in Occupational Health & Safety, and strong IT and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in construction industry.
• At least 4 years as a Health and Safety professional.
• Strong IT skills in MS Office and OHS/Env reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Health, Safety and Environmental advice to project delivery teams.
• Implement vision building safety standards and management system requirements.
• Attend site and supply chain meetings and review RAMS, SPAs and permits.
• Carry out audits/inspections and incident reporting/investigation.

We are seeking a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to help drive a strong culture of health, safety and sustainability across our construction projects. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will provide practical HSE support, ensure compliance with company standards and legislation, and contribute to the safe and successful delivery of projects across Ireland. • Provide Health, Safety and Environmental advice and support to project delivery teams and stakeholders across 2-4 projects.
• Implementation of the VB OHS and Environmental management system requirements.
• Attend relevant site meetings including start up meetings, project meetings and supply chain meetings.
• Review of contractor RAMS, SPAs, supporting plans, permits and training records.
• Carry out audits/inspections of Vision Built projects in line with management system.
• Internal reporting of H&S and Environmental metrics on various systems including Msite, Econoline and Smart waste.
• Manage training needs of the project team for Health, Safety and including delivery of courses where appropriate.
• Support the VB Head of Health, Safety and Sustainability in continual improvement of the management systems.
• Assist tender and prequalification teams where required.
• Be aware of critical legislative changes and best practices to enable the provision of competent.
• Health, Safety and Environmental advice to the site stakeholders.
