Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Donegal is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support health, safety, environmental and quality across construction projects in Donegal. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and promoting a strong safety culture on all sites.

You will carry out inspections, review RAMS, and work with site teams and subcontractors to maintain records and drive continuous improvement; prior main contractor or civil engineering experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ HSEQ experience.
• Experience with a main contractor or civil engineering contractor.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience with site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of RAMS and construction safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular site inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with Irish Health & Safety legislation
• Review RAMS, method statements and safe systems of work
• Monitor site compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Provide HSEQ guidance to site teams and subcontractors
• Maintain HSEQ records and prepare reports
• Support company HSEQ policies and procedures
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across all sites
