Job summary

A civil contractor in South Donegal is looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee and maintain high Health and Safety standards across various projects. The ideal candidate should have a background in construction with at least four years of experience, along with a BSc in Health and Safety or a NEBOSH Diploma. You will manage a Health and Safety team, conduct training, and communicate with management to ensure compliance. A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills is essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the construction industry.
• Civil Engineering experience is advantageous.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Project and Contracts Manager.
• Manage and maintain Health and Safety policies.
• Develop Health and Safety plans for projects.
• Coordinate Health & Safety activities on site.
• Conduct Site Visits and Inspections.
• Record and investigate accidents/incidents.
• Prepare and coordinate training for all employees.
