Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking an HSE Advisor for Dublin 15 to join a leading Irish main contractor on a large residential project. You will promote safe practices, implement the HSE policy and support managers with risk assessments on site.

The role requires a Level 7 in Health & Safety or related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project HSE management with strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Dublin-based, site-based work.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in project HSE management.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promote safe working practices while implementing the companies HSE policy
• Carry out regular site HSE checks
• Ensure the project has necessary HSE documentation
• Keep and maintain records for audit standards
• Assist site managers and sub-contractors with risk assessments
• Delivery HSE training
• Support project management in investigations
• Deliver injury prevention
• Keep up to date with HSE policies & procedures
• Liaise with all relevant authorities

What you will need:

• A minimum level 7 in Health & Safety or related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project HSE management
• Thorough knowledge of ISO: 45001 and ISO: 14001 standards
