Sofina Foods Europe is seeking an experienced HR Manager to shape the people agenda at our Castleblayney manufacturing site and support our retail operations in Northern Ireland. You will partner with site leadership to influence culture, develop talent and create a positive employee experience across manufacturing and retail.

You will manage recruitment, provide practical ER guidance, monitor key metrics and drive workforce planning.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation with Centres of Excellence.
• Ability to balance strategic projects with operational HR delivery.
• Strong relationship builder with leaders and stakeholders.

Shape the people agenda across manufacturing and retail

Role Overview

Play a key role in driving people performance at our Castleblayney manufacturing site while supporting our retail operation across Northern Ireland. This is a broad HR Manager opportunity where you'll partner directly with site leadership, influence culture, develop talent and help create a positive employee experience across both manufacturing and retail. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions locally while being supported by a wider HR team and Centres of Excellence

Key Duties

• Partner with leaders to deliver the people and engagement strategy.
• Support around 60 manufacturing colleagues and 130 colleagues across 15 retail stores.
• Manage recruitment activity from interview through to onboarding and induction.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice on employee relations matters.
• Monitor and improve key people metrics, including recruitment, turnover and absence.
• Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, reporting and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Drive engagement activities that support a positive, high-performing culture.

Ideal Candidate

• An experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Degree qualified in Human Resources or holding an equivalent qualification.
• Confident managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experienced working within a matrix organisation and alongside Centres of Excellence.
• Comfortable balancing strategic projects with operational HR delivery.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
• Organised, commercially aware and confident making informed decisions.
• Passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
