Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Ireland is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding and staff development across our hotels. You will work closely with managers to implement HR processes, ensure compliance and promote a supportive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in Human resources.
• Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment practices.
• Approachable and confident when dealing with employees and managers at all levels.
• Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Recruit end-to-end recruitment screening applications, coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Onboarding and induction: complete documentation, contracts, HR records, and coordinate induction programmes.
• Employee engagement: support wellbeing, recognition, communication, motivation and retention initiatives.
• Compliance: ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation, policies and safety requirements.
• Training and development: ensure statutory training is up to date and promote training opportunities.
• Employee relations and HR reporting: provide day-to-day HR support and maintain HR data and reports
