Job summary

Sisk Group is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner for a fixed-term maternity cover based at Citywest Head Office. You will partner with business unit leaders to shape people strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle and drive performance, engagement and retention across the business.

Hybrid working is available; you will support ongoing ER activities, provide day-to-day HR advice, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes within a dynamic, growing company.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as an HRBP or senior HR professional.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong influencing, coaching and presentation abilities.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU leadership to deliver the people strategy.
• Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
• Lead workforce and resource planning to meet future capability needs.
• Coach managers on performance and probation management.
• Develop and implement employee retention initiatives.
• Lead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearings.
• Drive talent management and succession planning with action plans.
• Prepare and present HR updates and people metrics at board meetings.
• Oversee the annual pay review process.
• Provide day-to-day HR support across the business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

This role is offered on a fixed‑term maternity cover basis (6 monts+). Candidates must be available to commit to the full contract duration.

This is a maternity cover contract HR Business Partner role where you will support one of our specialist business units. The HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement and retention across the business where you will utilise your ER and strategic business partnering experience.Location: Citywest Head Office, with hybrid working optionReports to: Senior HR Business PartnerContract: minimum 6 months' contract role

Responsibilities
