Cairn Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a high-growth housing portfolio in the greater Dublin area. You will drive delivery, manage commercial aspects and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve quality and on-time completions.

The role demands strong knowledge of building regulations, stakeholder management and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement. Dublin-based with competitive package.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or higher diploma in engineering or related field and 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams to meet demanding time and quality targets.
• Good cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.

Aufgaben

• Ensure works meet quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare and deliver the Project Execution Plan including procurement, budget and risks.
• Own commercial delivery with the commercial team to maximise value and control costs.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and design teams.
• Develop relationships with statutory authorities, JV partners and communities.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from inception to Aftersales and brand alignment.
• Lead value engineering and deployment of best-in-class building systems.
• Provide leadership to construction teams and ensure resources are in place.
• Set standards of behaviour and responsibility for project teams.
