Job summary

Ethos Care Group’s Tolka Valley Nursing Home in Finglas is seeking a proactive housekeeping supervisor to keep standards high and run daily operations. You will lead the housekeeping team and ensure a safe, clean, resident-friendly environment.

If you’re organised, detail-focused and people-oriented, you’ll thrive in this on-site role that values training, development and teamwork. Competitive pay with fortnightly payments, meals on duty, free uniform and parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in healthcare or residential care.
• Strong leader who can motivate a team and organise daily workloads.
• Good understanding of hygiene, infection control and health and safety practices.
