You will carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across plumbing, electrics, decorating, tiling and carpentry, working closely with hotel departments to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, ideally within hospitality.
• Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrics, decorating, tiling and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, inside and outside.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Perform reactive repairs promptly to minimise disruption.
• Handle plumbing fixes in toilets, showers, sinks and fixtures.
• Do basic electrical tasks like changing lights and fittings.
• Paint, decorate and carry out carpentry repairs as needed.
• Assist with mechanical and electrical planned maintenance duties.
• Identify and report maintenance issues across the property.
• Work with hotel departments to complete requests efficiently.
• Ensure work complies with Neville Hotels standards and safety procedures.
