Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a dedicated Linen Porter to support our Housekeeping team at a renowned 5-star hotel in Wicklow. The role involves weekend and bank holiday work, handling linen deliveries and assisting with room turnovers.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel housekeeping. Join a team committed to guest satisfaction and professional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum of 1 year's relevant experience.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping/Linen Porter in a hotel is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests.
• Deliver clean linen to accommodation stores and collect soiled linen.
• Check linen quality and ensure proper storage.
• Assist with room turnovers and teardowns, and other housekeeping duties.
• Complete daily side work and deep-cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Report maintenance issues clearly to the Maintenance Team.
• Work with the housekeeping team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
