Job summary

Sprout & Co is seeking a Team Leader (Assistant Manager) who can set the tone for the restaurant, lead by example, and help shape a culture where food, service and people come first.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll motivate the team, support recruitment, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth operations across shifts in our busy Irish site.

This full-time role pays €16.35–€18 per hour, with growth opportunities and a supportive environment for you to develop as a leader.

Qualifications

• Experience – At least 2 years’ experience in a management position in hospitality or a similar fast-paced role.
• Leadership qualities and ability to bring out the best in people.
• Clear, confident communication with the team and customers.
