Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Hospitality Sales Manager for a leading Irish sporting events company to drive commercial sales, hospitality packages, memberships and related opportunities.

You will lead the sales team, deliver annual plans, grow revenue, manage client accounts, maintain CRM, and ensure premium service. A full driving licence and own car are required; the role is office-based with client visits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ management experience in sales, hospitality, events, or similar sectors.
• Proven revenue growth and business development.
• Strong client relationship and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, event-focused environments.
• Full Driving Licence and own car.

Working for one of the biggest and busiest Sporting Event companies in Ireland who are Irish owned and over 100 years old. They employ over 500 people and have numerous restaurants, bars and onsite venues.

Due to retirement they are now looking to recruit a Hospitality Sales Manager to lead commercial sales and hospitality at Sports Day Events, focusing on revenue growth, hospitality packages, memberships, and related opportunities. This leadership position drives business targets, enhances customer experience, and achieves financial performance goals.

This role is office based in Dublin and will required Client Visits so full driving licence essential.
