Job summary

Trump International Ireland in Doonbeg is seeking a Marketing Executive to join the Sales & Marketing team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on developing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting revenue across rooms, dining, spa, and events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years marketing experience in hospitality.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A proactive, self-starter able to work in a team and individually.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote rooms, restaurants, bars, spa, events and offers.
• Manage the hotel's social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities with external agencies where applicable.
• Create marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
• Work with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Spa and Events teams to drive revenue.
• Plan seasonal campaigns and hotel events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and tourism partners.
• Coordinate photography and content creation to showcase facilities.
