Responsibilities

Develop and deliver sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
Manage and grow corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business accounts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
Work closely with hotel management teams to drive commercial performance.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
