Job summary

The SpitJack on Washington Street in Cork is hiring for a full-time role with part-time options. Immediate or flexible start, with 6 months experience preferred and full training provided.

€14.15 per hour with experience, plus tips, and opportunities for growth within the hospitality group. Ideal candidates are friendly and upbeat with excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to stay calm during busy service, and flexible to cover days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
• Good communication and friendly attitude are essential.
• Willingness to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving guests with warmth and efficiency
• Taking orders, running food and drinks, and managing tables
• Delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced setting
• Helping guests feel welcome and well looked after
• Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team
• Supporting with side duties, cleaning, and setup/close-down tasks
