Brusna Energy Solutions is seeking a Home Surveyor to conduct residential property surveys for retrofit projects under SEAI programmes across the North West of Ireland. You will assess building fabric, insulation, heating systems and ventilation, and prepare technical survey reports to support Warmer Homes and Better Energy Homes schemes.

Working primarily on-site with homeowners, installers and project teams, you will deliver accurate records, ensure quality checks, and help maintain SEAI grant

Formación

• Qualification or relevant experience in construction, building services, surveying, energy efficiency or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods, building fabric, insulation, heating systems and ventilation.
• Experience working within retrofit, energy efficiency or construction sector is highly desirable.
• Familiar with SR54 and Domestic Technical Standards and Specifications.
• BER Assessor qualification or completion of BER Assessor training with eligibility for SEAI registration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SEAI retrofit programmes and residential energy upgrades would be an advantage.

The Role

As a Surveyor, you will carry out residential property surveys, assessing buildings for Retrofitting , prepare technical reports and support the successful delivery of retrofit projects under SEAI programmes, including the Warmer Homes Scheme and Better Energy Homes.

The role involves a mix of site visits, technical assessment and communication with homeowners, installers and project teams.
